Grape Varieties: Roussanne, Grenache blanc, Viognier, Clairette
Wine Making: This wine is a maceration of white grapes, in whole bunches, vinified at low temperature (16°c). Part of the volume is aged in old barrels to support the development of aromas to be then blended.
Tasting Recommendations: Temperature 9-11°C
Straw yellow colour, delicate nose with aromas of lime blossom and dried flowers.
Pairing: Italian charcuterie, hard cheeses.
Ageing: 4-5 years
