Grape Varieties: Mourvèdre

Wine Making: From a plot of all attention, the grapes are carefully sorted before a long maceration of 5 weeks. At the end of the extraction, a light passage in barrel allows the development of the tertiary aromas of the wine.

Tasting Recommendations: Temperature 16-18 °C

Ruby in color, with a nose of black fruits and cocoa. The palate reveals very deep flavors of stewed plums followed by a seductive tannic balance.

Pairing: Game, lamb tagine, vegetarian moussaka.

Ageing: 8-15 years
