Grape Varieties: Viognier, Roussane

Wine Making: The grapes are harvested manually, the drop juices are separated from the press juices. In the first third of the alcoholic fermentation, the juices are sung into new barrels or barrels (having already undergone vinification). The aging is done on lees for 6 months.

Tasting Recommendations: Temperature 10 – 12 °C

Brilliant and limpid straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose elegantly reveals aromas of candied citrus fruits, vanilla notes and some toasted scents brought by the barrel.
