Old Vines, White, Cotes du Rhone Village

Philosophy

“Born out from the fabulous pebbles that cover the most famous parts of the southern Rhône Valley, this white wine of old vines surprises and impresses by its finesse. Each sip is a moment of pure pleasure.”
M&R Janer

Blend: grenache blanc 90% clairette 10 %

Wine Making: the grapes are pressed directly. The part of the must that ferments in steel tanks does so at low temperature while the remaining 25% ferment in new oak barriques.
