Wine Making: The grapes are destemmed and the must ferments for 20 days at temperatures not exceeding 25-26°C (77-79°F). The wine is then kept in steel tanks until bottling.

Tasting Notes

2007 Vintage

Blend : Grenache 55%, syrah 35%, cinsault 10%
Slight brown hues on a deep red color
The nose shows aromas of candied black berries with a touch of spices.   
This fruitiness shows again on the palate, supported by a nice freshness and elegant tannins

2009 Vintage

Blend : Grenache 65%, syrah 35%
Bright and clear color with garnetNose mingling prune truffles and garrigue
On the palate pleasing wine with sweetness, tannins are meltedFinal on a point of cocoa

Temperature: 15-16°C (59-61°F)
Recommended drinking window: 4-6 years
